Crack Filling  400 Degree Hot-Pour

Filling cracks with "hot pour" crack filler ensures that you get a durable crack repair.

Even during cold winters, our crack filler stays flexible and "moves" with the crack as it expands and shrinks during different temperatures. Although crack filling is seldom a permanent repair, our product typically lasts 2-3 times longer than "cold pour" crack filler.

We can fill one linear mile per day!

Many repeated layers applied by squeegee or paint roller would NEVER match the build-up that is achieved by even one of our spray coats. Commercial sealcoating is an entirely different process and product than you've ever seen!

We usually apply the second coat on the same day.

However, slow-drying shaded areas & poor weather sometimes challenge our schedule.

We're Done......How's it look?

This shot was taken directly in the afternoon daylight. The area is jet black! It's not glossy or paint-like. It's a rich, flat black surface, like asphalt should be!

Note: We expect 3-5 year durability in a residential area with normal wear.

Do "power steering" marks appear?

For about a month.....yes. Because our sealer is applied thicker, it acts like new pavement. (new pavement scrubs too!) But once cured, traffic will wear off scrub marks that you've made and you're left with beautiful, black asphalt that's properly protected.

If you can't accept short-term tire marks, you're forced to use paper-thin & slippery coatings. Then your tires will easily slide across the surface. However, paper-thin & slippery coatings wear off very fast &  you're left with asphalt that isn't protected or even black for that matter. Why waste your money on paper-thin junk?
